At dousse creation, every order is prepared with care. Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@doussecreation.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

Handmade Items

All handmade items are final sale. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are carefully made in small quantities and may have slight variations from one item to another.

Other Items

For all other items, please contact us at contact@doussecreation.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return or exchange request, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging whenever possible.

Damaged Items or Order Issues

If you receive a damaged item, a defective item, or the wrong order, please contact us at contact@doussecreation.com with your order number and photos of the item concerned. We will review the situation and offer you an appropriate solution.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a confirmed issue with the order. Any return shipping fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
